Job summary

Chase is seeking an Applied AI Modeling Senior Associate to design and deploy advanced AI/ML models that shape branch network decisions and banker enablement. You will work with geospatial data, graphs, and reinforcement learning to optimize location strategy and field effectiveness.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders across Real Estate, Finance, and Market Strategy, ensuring governance and compliance while delivering impactful insights and decisions.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative or spatial field (MS/PhD).
• 3+ years applying AI/ML models in industry settings.
• Proficient in Python with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries (NumPy, Scikit-Learn, Pandas).
• Experience with Jupyter Notebook/Lab and cloud computing.
• Deep expertise in geospatial analytics, graph ML, RL, or behavioral modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch AI/ML models for consumer banking optimization and field resources.
• Engage with business, governance, UX, and tech teams; translate use cases into actionable plans.
• Translate model outputs into clear recommendations for real estate, finance and strategy teams.
• Collaborate with governance to ensure model reviews and regulatory compliance.
