The Opportunity

You'll work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases, architect solutions, build and validate models, and ensure they can be deployed responsibly and effectively in real-world environments.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving challenging applied AI problems and has experience taking projects from initial idea through to production, including defining how success is measured and governed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing, building, deploying, and maintaining AI and machine learning solutions
• Leading projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering through production rollout

What We're Looking For

• Track record of solving real-world business or scientific problems using machine learning, LLMs, agentic systems, reinforcement learning, or related technologies
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience working within larger product development teams
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with customers and colleagues
