Vanta is seeking a Senior Applied AI Engineer to shape AI offerings and set technical strategy, leading AI-driven initiatives that help customers accelerate compliance and earn trust. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, security, and design to deploy AI enhancements across the platform.

You will design, implement, and scale full‑stack AI features using TypeScript, React, and Node.js, while building guardrails and evaluating evolving models.

Formación

• Shipped LLM-powered features and products.
• Experience designing, building, and scaling full-stack applications.
• Mentored engineers and collaborated with product/design teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement AI-powered features to deliver customer value and integrate LLMs with existing products and systems.
• Instrument evaluations, guardrails, and monitoring to continually improve quality.
• Collaborate with AI Platform engineers shaping foundational AI systems and tooling.
• Make pragmatic tradeoffs balancing business priorities and user experience.
• Mentor engineers and model a collaborative, high-ownership culture.
