- Provide white-glove service through onboarding, demonstrations, workshops, and one-to-one coaching; teach users effective prompting, output review, and practical AI problem solving.
- Work closely with pilot users to remove adoption barriers, troubleshoot problems, and improve workflows; assess quality, usefulness, and efficiency against agreed pilot goals.
- Identify and reproduce issues, document user impact and expected versus actual behavior, and report findings to product and engineering; verify fixes and communicate resolutions to users.
- Turn pilot feedback into product recommendations, reusable examples, training materials, and implementation guides that help customers get more value from our services.
