Job summary

PsiQuantum, a leader in quantum computing, seeks a Staff Applications, Test & Failure Analysis Engineer to bridge the Electronics and System Engineering teams. You will address PCBA issues, perform failure analysis, implement corrective actions, and improve test coverage while collaborating with thermal, mechanical, firmware, RTL and optical engineers.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's or Ph.D. in EE or Physics with 7 years of relevant experience in applications, test and failure analysis, and

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. Degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent.
• 7 years of relevant experience in applications, test and failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Gain familiarity with the Quantum Computer electrical and system designs.
• Answer internal customer inquiries.
• Trouble-shoot customer problems, participating in cross-functional teams as needed.
• Perform failure analysis on customer returns and internal yield loss.
• Implement corrective action in test and designs as needed.
• Participate in design and test coverage reviews.
