Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent education.
• 5+ years of experience in the ATE and/or semiconductor industry, preferably as an Applications Engineer.
• Experience and execution of successful projects as an Applications Engineer or similar.
• Direct responsibility for key customer support for 3+ years
• Experience and contribution in key benchmarks

Responsibilities

• Lead Applications Engineers and participate in test program and test hardware development.
• Coach and evaluate team members; review performance assessments per PDE process.
• Participate in customer meetings and communicate with customers at all levels.
• Report SPRs when issues are detected on tester operating systems.
• Write application notes and papers for internal and customer use.
• Drive improvements in existing processes and their appropriate usage.
