Job summary

Roquette, a family-owned global leader in plant-based ingredients, seeks a Lead Applications Scientist – Consumer Health in Spring House, PA. You will design, optimize, and analyze oral solid dose formulations, translating complex data into actionable recommendations for internal and external partners.

You will work with customer-facing scientists, regional and global teams, and cross-functional partners to advance consumer health applications and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in pharmaceutical/consumer health or related industry with lab experience.
• Experience in oral solid dose development, formulation, processing, and product characterization.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute oral solid dose development studies for consumer health applications.
• Prepare formulations and conduct lab trials using pharmaceutical processing equipment.
• Analyze data and communicate technical reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives and deliver projects on time.
