Job summary

RAJE Technology, LLC seeks an Applications Engineering Manager to lead the Process Engineering team in Saint Petersburg, FL. The role oversees lab activities, process development projects, and collaboration with sales to translate technical requirements into actionable manufacturing steps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Sciences, Physics or Chemistry; Ph.D. is preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience with advanced semiconductor plasma processing with emphasis on cleanroom protocol and Semi standards.
• Minimum two years of management or leadership experience required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, major credit card (for business travel), and passport.

Responsibilities

• Manage process engineering activities within the Technical Management group.
• Oversee lab activities and overall project management of process engineering projects.
• Review processes, customer requirements, and sales recommendations to facilitate processing of samples.
• Contribute to development of process-related marketing materials and technical presentations.
• Supervise the process engineering group including Process Engineer and Support Specialist; manage budget and resources.
