Job summary

RAJE Technology, LLC in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I to support plasma processing equipment assembly, calibration, testing and integration in a clean room environment. You will follow blueprints and procedures, set up and break down equipment, perform leak checks, and record test results with attention to safety and quality standards.

Requires an Associate degree or relevant experience; 1–3 years in manufacturing tech preferred; working knowledge of Windows Office

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree from two-year college or technical school or military education, or relevant experience.
One to three years of directly related experience as a technician.

Responsibilities

Facilitates equipment applying, water, electrical power and leveling machinery in temporary installation.
Positions and assembles complex electro/mechanical parts and assemblies per blueprints, schematics and/or procedures.
Assembles parts using bolts, screws, rivets, or other fasteners with hand tools.
Performs mechanical alignments and calibration of equipment to ATP and test procedures.
Performs leak checks on vacuum and mechanical assemblies and tests data.
