Qualifikationen

• BS Engineering or equivalent technical degree required.
• 8+ years of experience as an applications engineer, process engineer, project engineer, project manager, or related role.
• 5+ years of experience in water treatment process systems solutions.
• Professional Engineer license preferred, not required.
• Persuasive presentation and effective communication skills across cultures required.
• Willingness and ability to travel 10% of the time, domestically and internationally.
• Experience pulling teams together to formulate winning bids.
• Ability to adapt strategy to meet customer needs.
• Understanding of business, competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and customer needs.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality technical solutions and proposals that drive profitable growth.
• Inform commercial strategy and identify product/market growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, design engineering, process SMEs, operations, project delivery, safety, procurement and vendors to align solutions with goals.
• Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to inform strategy.
• Ensure organized handoff from proposals to project execution after contract award.
• Direct technical reviews for bid requests and support bid/no-bid decisions.
• Maintain current cost data for standard and custom equipment pricing with procurement.
