Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of work experience in Application Engineering.
• Experience mentoring and coaching teams of 2 – 4 engineers.
• Knowledge of product design and shop floor processes required for estimating product cost.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new applications, establish RFQs, and document project scope.
• Prepare quotes and work with sales for manageable scope.
• Lead and mentor Applications Engineers, prioritizing work.
• Ensure team meets annual KPIs for quotations and projects.
