Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 7.5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of C, C++, Python and other embedded languages.
• Experience with Linux and build processes.
• Experience in customer support and enablement; training development a plus.
• Familiarity with Ethernet protocols TCP/IP and UDP; networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Microchip Ethernet PHY and switch product lines and drive customer success.
• Create collateral to improve user experience: Application Notes, Knowledgebase Articles, Users Guides, Example Code.
• Identify gaps in enablement material and set goals to address them.
• Draft high-level requirements to inform development for better customer experience.
• Develop and present technical training such as webinars and hands-on workshops.
