Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customer-facing experience in applications engineering or technical sales support.
• Experience reviewing technical drawings, specifications, RFQs, and related documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills for supporting customers and coordinating across internal teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to deep product knowledge and high-quality technical support.
• Engineering degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Match products to customer applications, prepare quotations, and carry customer-specific solutions through to delivery.
• Serve as the technical liaison between customers, sales, and manufacturing, delivering accurate and timely responses to inquiries.
• Assess application conditions including pressure, temperature, media, flow, vibration, operating environment, and regulatory constraints, including for demanding use cases.
• Specify products along with their associated fittings and couplings.
• Diagnose issues in field installations and identify suitable replacement solutions.
• Review customer drawings, specifications, RFQs, and technical documentation.
• Advise on installation, maintenance, and product selection.
• Develop bills of material and pricing recommendations.
• Guide material selection across metals, PTFE, silicone and composite.
