Job summary

Textron in Williamsport, PA, seeks an experienced engineer to lead development of engine applications and guide installation efforts across customer projects. You will serve as a technical expert and coordinate across teams to apply advanced design methods and research techniques.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline is required.
Master's degree is a plus.
Understanding of Six Sigma methodologies desirable.
6–10 years of experience is required.
Knowledge of FAA regulations and certification experience is a plus.
Excellent presentation and technical writing skills are required.

Responsibilities

Guides the development of new and modified legacy engine applications including development into a final product.
Serves as a resource to others with respect to engine applications and installation, and is considered an expert in the product application/installation disciplines
Identifies and orchestrates implementation of new technologies supporting engine and vehicle product improvement
