A leading company in the personal care industry is seeking a Technical Lead to oversee integration technologies and middleware services. This role involves designing new services, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring efficient project execution. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in relevant technologies.
Involved in designing and developing new services using API Led Architecture Paradigm. Responsible for setting up integration technologies such as Talend, Kafka, and Cleo environment, and monitoring/supporting changes in middleware services infrastructure. Lead work focused on the technical aspects of multiple enterprise applications, including interface development, system configuration, and process & code analysis. Serve as the overall technical lead on multiple projects or large-scale programs, including cutover planning, TUT, and integration or other test phases. May serve as the overall lead for projects or programs related to integration work.
Demonstrate domain expertise in multiple applications or technical fields, with knowledge supporting various business functions or technologies. Consult on existing and emerging integration technologies, services, and processes. Mentor and train junior team members on development best practices and on-call support. Drive issue identification and resolution, demonstrating technical expertise and product knowledge. Research and triage complex problems spanning multiple systems or applications.
Apply knowledge of application architecture, industry trends, and methodologies to recommend process or technology improvements. Research potential changes, analyze options, and implement solutions. Audit results for efficiency, quality, or speed improvements. Facilitate exploration discussions with business teams.
