Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in application support, development, or systems analysis; healthcare setting preferred
• 2-4 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects or leading cross-functional teams; healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides senior-level support for complex application issues and performs root cause analysis.
• Leads design, development, testing, and implementation of major application enhancements and integrations.
• Manages large-scale projects including upgrades, new implementations, or enterprise-wide integrations.
• Collaborates with developers, DBAs, and IT staff to maintain performance, security, and reliability.
• Analyzes current usage and identifies opportunities for improvement, proposing new features.
• Translates business requirements into technical specifications for strategic initiatives.
• Develops and enforces application policies and procedures ensuring security and regulatory compliance.
• Creates documentation of configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting processes.
• Conducts training sessions for IT staff and end-users as SME for specific systems.
• Mentors junior analysts and ensures consistent application support.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains regular attendance and complies with policies.
