  • The Senior Applications Administrator will be responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation, administration and maintenance for assigned applications.
  • Work with leadership to develop technical solutions that satisfy the business needs of the department.
  • Mentor Application Administrators.
  • Work with System Administrators and Application Analysts to perform day to day support, administration and maintenance of production, test and development application platforms.
  • Configure and manage application usage, data integrity and system software release levels.
  • Work with application vendors for configuration, enhancement requests and support escalations.

Work Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation: Salary Range: $32.50 - $52.00 Union Position: No Department Details Responsible for the effective configuration, governance, maintenance, and support of Microsoft 365 services, with a strong emphasis on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Purview, Varonis, and enterprise data governance.

This role ensures the security, compliance, lifecycle management, and optimization of collaboration and content platforms while enabling secure and efficient access to information across the organization. Partners closely with business, security, compliance, and technology teams to deliver solutions that enhance collaboration, data protection, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include managing SharePoint governance and information architecture, leveraging Purview and Varonis to identify and mitigate data risks, supporting data classification and retention programs, and advancing enterprise data governance practices that improve visibility, stewardship, and protection of organizational data.
