Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in application support or development with production ownership.
• Strong experience supporting production apps and troubleshooting complex incidents (RCA, permanent fixes).
• Working knowledge of .NET/.NET Core and C#; ability to navigate legacy Java codebase for production issues.
• Strong SQL troubleshooting experience with MS SQL Server/MySQL/MariaDB; data investigation skills.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations; clear written status updates.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced production support for business-critical applications, services, and integrations.
• Support both legacy Java and modern .NET-based applications and migrations.
• Monitor health, jobs, integrations, and system activity to preempt issues.
• Analyze logs, DB records, API responses, and configurations to identify problem sources.
• Lead incident management and drive timely resolution; document RCA and preventive actions.
• Assist in release planning, deployments, and post-deployment monitoring; coordinate with teams.
