Job summary
Energy Transfer is seeking an experienced Application Support and DevOps Specialist to administer and support multiple enterprise platforms. You will collaborate with business and technical teams as the primary support contact for several applications, perform problem analysis, and drive automation and DevOps improvements.
The role emphasizes containerization, deployment strategies, and cross-team coordination to enhance delivery.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience with application support and development.
- 3+ years of experience using DevOps practices, tools, frameworks.
- Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments, AD, SQL, load balancing.
- Experience with Quorum, Entero, and/or Allegro is a plus.
- Ability to identify improvements and automate processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct technical assistance to business users and application support teams.
- Maintain build processes, deployment strategies, and automation.
- Install patches and releases to development, test, and production systems.
- Improve delivery using containers, orchestration, and configuration management.
- Support application installations and upgrades with vendors and teams.
- Maintain application infrastructure, security, and availability.
