Job summary

Chubb, a world leader in insurance, seeks a Sr. Technical Security Lead for North America to guide application security across the NA footprint. You will shape secure technology solutions from design through production and advise across security domains.

You will lead SDLC security activities, influence secure design, and partner with CIOs to embed security in change control and delivery. This role emphasizes AI-aware security practices and wide collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information security, CS, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years in information security roles across App Security, Vulnerability Management, IAM, Network Security, Data Security or related areas.
• Hands-on security architecture review experience across complex architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead application security reviews and SDLC engagement.
• Apply secure coding knowledge to influence secure design.
• Evaluate AI related risks and opportunities in security analysis.
• Partner with technology teams and CIOs to support secure change control and delivery.
• Identify security risks and recommend remediation options balancing protection and business needs.
• Build trusted relationships with development teams and executives.
