Job summary

Chubb is seeking a Senior Technical Security Lead for North America in Philadelphia, PA. You will guide application security across the SDLC, applying deep secure coding and security architecture expertise to influence design decisions and mitigate risks resulting from AI in software.

You will partner with development teams, technology leaders, and CIOs to embed security in delivery, strengthen controls, and enable secure change across the North America footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on security architecture experience across complex architectures.
• Experience across security domains: PKI, IAM, network security, encryption, data loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Lead application security reviews and SDLC engagements.
• Apply secure coding practices to influence design decisions.
• Evaluate AI-related risks and opportunities in security reviews.
• Collaborate with development teams and CIOs to embed security early.
