Job summary

Agile Defense is seeking a Senior Application Security Engineer to remotely support enterprise-wide security initiatives. You will evaluate and optimize architectures, drive DAST/SAST practices, and lead security controls across apps and systems. Strong Linux, scripting, and coding skills are required, along with U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of experience, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Burp Enterprise for DAST and Burp Professional for SAST.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• 2+ years experience with Java, Python, .NET, or C#.
• 3+ years designing and implementing security controls across applications, systems, networks, or infrastructure.
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, CVSS, CWE, WASC, and SANS-25.
• Familiarity with Linux and scripting.
