Job summary

Cook Systems seeks two Senior Application Security Engineers in the US (Texas) to lead security across policy, platform, and governance initiatives. You will support AppSec tooling, policy implementation, vulnerability analysis, and developer enablement for the Policy & Platform track, and drive governance metrics and cross-functional enablement for the Governance track.

Ideal candidates have extensive Secure SDLC experience, expertise in SAST/DAST and CI/CD, and certifications such as

• Deep understanding of Secure SDLC and AppSec practices.
• Hands-on security testing across multiple tooling and platforms.
• Experience administering AppSec tooling and platforms.
• Vulnerability validation and false-positive assessments.
• Secure coding guidance to development teams.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and automated security controls.
