Job summary

CompTech is seeking an experienced Application Programmer – Level III to support enterprise applications and the systems on which they operate at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. This on-site role requires a Secret security clearance and will involve system administration, troubleshooting, and implementation within a secure DoD environment.

The candidate will analyze and modify existing applications, coordinate testing and deployment, and maintain documentation and technical specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four additional years of relevant experience.
• Six (6) years of progressive experience in application programming, development, analysis, or systems administration.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in complex technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing applications and programming systems to identify issues and modifications.
• Review, configure, debug, install, and support application systems to meet requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to applications, software, configurations, and system performance.
• Coordinate testing, validation, implementation, and deployment activities.
• Document and maintain technical specifications and system documentation.

Education

Bachelor's degree or applicable equivalency of four (4) additional years of relevant experience
