• Experience managing technical application support and implementing improvement initiatives.
• Evidence of ownership and initiative working with stakeholders to achieve service outcomes.
• User-focused with ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure customer outcomes.
• Holistic view of applications and dependencies to diagnose issues and coordinate resolutions.
