Henkel Corporation in Minnesota seeks an Application Engineer to provide technical support for the thermal interface materials product line, delivering robust product recommendations and demonstrations to customers. You will troubleshoot issues, capture feedback to optimize customer service, and identify new opportunities for the sales team, while collaborating with sales, marketing, and R&D.

The role includes on-site technical visits, training and coaching of field sales forces and customers,

What you´ll do

• Application Engineer providing technical support for Henkel's thermal interface materials product line
• Responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers
• Leverage customer feedback to drive optimization in customer service and identify new business opportunities for sales colleagues
• Communicate directly with sales, marketing, PD, Innovation, members of Application Engineering field team or project team members
• Perform technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation
• Responsible for products application / technical training and coaching of field sales forces and customers
