Qualifications

• Experience in machine tool service or machining/grinding is highly desired.
• Capable of performing engineering calculations of machine elements.
• Experience in bearing and mechanical component failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all functions of the service facility.
• Supervise and mentor Repair Technicians.
• Coordinate with the Midwest Service Center for workload balancing.
• Guide Sales with technical expertise for estimates.
• Schedule and assign spindle repairs according to proficiency.
• Review Final Repair Reports to ensure standardized performance.
