This role is key to developing custom solutions for strategic accounts, providing pre-sales technical support, and managing high-level project communications from proposal to handoff.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with external sales to develop application-specific solutions
• Manage technical proposals and front-end project communications
• Interpret specifications, review contracts, and support customer engagements
• Maintain CRM data and provide performance insights
• Travel (10–20%) to support technical sales efforts

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• 7–10 years in application/design/sustaining engineering or technical sales
• Expertise in power electronics, VFDs, and soft starters
• Proficiency with AutoCAD; SolidWorks a plus
• Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills
