The role emphasizes hands-on development using ASP.NET/.NET, J2EE, and web services, with strong technical leadership and collaboration with Government stakeholders to deliver mission-critical applications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related application development experience with technical leadership or project-leading responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in IT from a U.S. university.
• Expertise in ASP.NET/.NET Framework and related enterprise tech.
• Experience with J2EE, OOD/OOP, WSDL and Web Services.
• Hands-on with major DBMS and large-scale environments.
• Experience with JavaScript, Salesforce, SQL Server Reporting Services, and modern development tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional business applications and translate designs into working software.
• Lead development across the application lifecycle with technical direction.
• Develop and maintain solutions using ASP.NET/.NET, J2EE, OO design and Web Services.
• Provide project leadership and coordinate developers to meet milestones.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders to clarify requirements.
