Responsibilities

Under administrative direction, serves as a Senior Application Developer for DoIT supporting DHS by maintaining, updating, and developing web applications.
Performs complex professional and advisory functions in evaluating web applications and providing technical guidance.
Provides second-level problem diagnosis for users of Web Applications and assists with troubleshooting and repairs.
Serves as a project leader for specific subsystem assignments, providing training and technical assistance to team members.
Keeps abreast of new developments in the IT field by continuing education and training to stay current.
Performs other duties as required within the scope of the job description.
