AMBA is seeking a Senior Application Developer to join our IT Team. You will oversee the full lifecycle of software applications, from design to coding and testing, ensuring performance and security align with user needs.

In this hybrid role, you will mentor junior developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and help deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget while fostering innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relative field.
• 5+ years’ work experience in application development or related field.
• Experience with COBOL, JCL, UNIX/HPUX, and HP3000.
• Experience with insurance and policy administration systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write clean and efficient code and conduct rigorous testing.
• Debug and analyze an application's execution flow.
• Create design plans and implement project delivery.
• Ensure software is delivered on time and within budget.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on projects.
• Contribute to troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Provide architectural insights and promote continuous learning.
