Job summary

IntePros is seeking a Senior Application Developer to design, develop, and support modern enterprise web applications. You will work across front‑end and back‑end development, collaborating with UX/UI, architecture, product, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, cloud‑based solutions.

The ideal candidate is a strong full‑stack engineer with Java and Python experience, plus cloud proficiency in AWS/Azure. Familiarity with AI and Generative AI capabilities is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support modern enterprise web applications.

• Collaborate across engineering, architecture, QA, product, and business teams.

• Strong professional development experience with Java and modern Java frameworks such as Spring/Spring Boot.
• Experience with Python.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed application architectures.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of modern UX/UI and responsive web development principles.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of application security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Preferred / Differentiating Experience

• Experience building or integrating Generative AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Exposure to RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents/workflows, vector search/databases, or LLM APIs.
• Experience with cloud‑native architecture, containers, Kubernetes, and serverless technologies.
• Experience modernizing legacy applications into cloud‑native architectures.
• Healthcare or health insurance industry experience.
• Experience working within a large enterprise technology organization.
