Dynamics 365 CRM – SENIOR APPLICATION CONSULTANT

WE NEED A SENIOR APPLICATION CONSULTANT (CRM)

We are seeking to add to our Professional Services team a Senior Application Consultant to work with the Dynamics 365 CRM product line. This position works directly with our clients providing consulting services. This position is remote, and you will work from your home office. There will be a few times a year where onsite presence is required for company meetings.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Business Process Review sessions with clients to gather requirements.
  • Facilitate Design sessions with clients.
  • Facilitate implementation meetings and client training sessions.
  • Coordinate development or integration work with developers.
  • Coordinate third-party product implementation services with vendors.
  • Perform CRM Implementation Tasks:
    • Configuration (table/form creation, views, dashboards, reports, security, etc.)
    • Customization (Power Automate, Canvas Apps, etc.)
    • Data Migration
  • Perform Testing of configuration, customizations, third-party products, integrations, and validation of reports.
  • Prepare documentation (requirements, solution design, integration mapping, agendas).
  • Provide end-user technical and operational support to clients.
  • Support and work with other members of the team on solutions and issues.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
  • Experience with PowerApps and PowerAutomate.
  • Experience and comfort level in working with customers remotely by phone and/or MS Teams meeting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.

Beneficial:

  • Experience implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (formerly Marketing) and Dynamics 365 Field Service.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps to track work items.
  • Experience with PowerBI.
  • Microsoft D365 Functional Consultant certification.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpretive skills. Communicating with clients and interpreting their needs will be a daily activity.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change – we implement change for clients on a daily basis.
  • Self-motivated – learning new skills without prompting is expected.
  • Perform as a committed team player. The success of each project depends on the combined efforts of the implementation team.
