Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a design-focused IT professional to align project designs with the application architecture roadmap. You will support project and product teams in functional/technical design, and define how packages, databases, and middleware interact to optimize coverage.

You will act as a subject matter expert for integrated products. Required: a Bachelor degree with 5 years IT experience, or substantial certifications/education with 7–9 years IT experience.

• Bachelor degree and 5 years Information Technology experience OR 7 years with certs/college courses OR 9 years IT experience.
• Experience in application and/or product feature design.
• Experience in application configuration
• Experience with Azure and/or Databricks.
• Experience in application development platforms and/or languages (HTML/CSS/Java/ASP.Net/PHCSC/Ruby/C#).
• Experience in cloud computing (SaaS / PaaS).
• Experience in DevOps and/or CI/CD tools (Bamboo, Jenkins, RallyDev, Jira).
• Experience in integration technologies (Tibco/Informatica/CAS).
• Experience in iterative/agile/scrum development.
• Experience in solution architecture.
• Application domain knowledge.
• Prototyping and analytical thinking.
• Teamwork and collaboration.

Job Summary

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

This position may be performed remotely from anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Base Pay Range

$112,200.00 - $202,600.00
