Qualifications

Prior project architect or team lead experience.

At least 3 years project experience with AI, cloud platforms and HR SaaS apps.
Strong knowledge of architecture principles, design and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

Designs and develops IT applications architecture solutions aligned with enterprise direction and standards.
Performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications.
Assesses compatibility and integration of proposed standards for an integrated architecture across interdependent applications.
Influences department strategy and decisions on complex technical approaches for project components.
Creates architecture artifacts including diagrams, specifications, decision records and roadmaps.
