Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00 AM to 4:30:00 PM

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $104,769.60 - $136,198.40 / Annual

This is a remote position; incumbents who reside in Florida only may work at home. There may be occasional situations that require on-site support at an assigned Lee Health location.

The Senior Application Analyst - Patient Access responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Responsible for the primary build, support, testing, and implementation efforts related to Epic Cadence and MyChart scheduling.
2. Work closely with MyChart, Marketing, and Web teams as needed to support online/automated scheduling integrations (On My Way, Direct Scheduling, Fast Pass, Open Scheduling, Ticket Scheduling).
3. Daily duties include being a resource for projects, implementing enhancement requests, and incident ticket support.
4. Prepare and execute functional system and program specifications using structured methodology.
5. Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned project teams and department initiatives, develop test scripts, conduct testing, support application upgrades, and project go-lives.
6. Utilize advanced application & analytic skills to design, build, and test solutions to meet organizational needs.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required. May accept 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience: Minimum of seven years of Information Systems experience.
• Additional Experience Requirements: Epic Cadence certification (required), 3+ years of Epic Cadence build, support, and implementation experience.
• Additional Experience Preferences: Experience with Referrals (preferred).
