Job summary

Urinyc is seeking a Senior Application Analyst to manage, develop, and support business applications, ensuring system efficiency, data integrity, and alignment with organizational objectives.

You will oversee development and support, system administration, data analysis, reporting, and training. Collaborate with business users, coordinate projects with the Senior Director of Business Applications, and ensure successful implementation of changes and releases.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Technology or a related field.
• Experience with Finance, HR, and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Senior Application Analyst manages, develops, and supports business applications, ensuring system efficiency, data integrity, and alignment with organizational objectives.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Application Development and Support

• Implement and maintain in-house applications; Collaborate with business users to obtain specifications for new or existing application needs; test and troubleshoot existing applications for issues and updates.

System Administration

• Oversee software infrastructure, monitor performance, and ensure data integrity, security, and availability.

Staff Consultation

• Work with internal users to understand business objectives, develop application specifications, and plan data mapping for new or modified systems.

Project Management

• Work with the Senior Director of Business Applications to coordinate projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful implementation of system changes or new releases.

Documentation and Training

• Prepare user documentation and conduct appropriate training.

Analysis and Reporting

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making. Create reports as needed.

SPECIFICATIONS FOR EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Technology or a related field.
• Knowledge of Finance, Human Resources, and Customer Relationship Management systems.
• Working knowledge and understanding of databases and other technology.
• Knowledge of various business intelligence technologies and methodologies.
