Landers Appliance is seeking serious technicians through a hands-on apprenticeship. A schedule designed for professionals includes assigned zones, a maximum of 8 calls per day, and flexible start times from 6:30–8:30am. Pay starts at $25+ and rises to $30+ in 90–120 days; techs earn $70k+ and seniors $100k+. The program offers paid training, real field experience, online training with assessments, and a clear path to full technician status.
