Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Portland, OR is seeking Installation Associates to install and remove a wide variety of appliances in commercial and residential settings. This role offers a family-friendly culture, great work-life balance, full company-paid training, and clear career paths.

Hours are Monday to Friday 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with possible OT; you will support installation teams, perform inspections, coordinate with sales, and ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of installation experience with high-end appliances.
• Valid state license required; DOT Medical card may be required for drivers.
• LMS license helpful but not required.
• Ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to other installation teams and observe installations.
• Resolve claims and customer issues; maintain parts storage areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of company trucks and organize workflow.
• Act as liaison between shipping/picking leadership and Area Installation Manager.
• Perform pre- and post-installation inspections and engage with builders.

This includes but is not limited to 36”-60” ranges, built-in refrigeration, wall ovens, dishwashers, and even coffee machines or wine dispensers. Our associates are detail oriented and view customer service with equal importance as technical proficiency. You will ensure the quality and completion of installations are achieved. You will also be acting as a resource to sales associates during the quotation process and after the sale.
