Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is hiring Installation Associates to install, deliver, and remove appliances in commercial and residential settings. You will learn custom appliance installations with training provided, ensuring safe, accurate setup and customer satisfaction.

The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, strong customer service, and the ability to lift heavy objects with assistive equipment. A valid license, 21+ years old, and a DOT medical card are required.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience with Appliance Delivery & Installation Service is preferred.
• Valid state issued license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card to meet driver requirements.
• With lifting equipment, ability to lift 70+ pounds frequently and 90+ pounds occasionally.
• Ability to deliver “white glove service” and excellent customer service.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation with training provided.
• Handle and install basic gas and electric household appliances per manufacturer specs.
• Ensure appliances are damage-free and fully functional after installation.
• Interact courteously with builders, designers, and on-site customers.
• Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay updated on product changes.
• Provide driver duties and responsibilities as needed.
