Job summary

Webstaurantstore is seeking a Senior IT Support Mac Specialist to lead strategy, security, and day-to-day management of Apple devices across the enterprise. The role includes owning the MDM program, imaging standards, and mentoring the support team while directly assisting end users.

You will drive fleet automation, partner with IT administration, and ensure compliance configurations (FileVault, conditional access) across macOS and iOS devices. Remote-ready with licensed professionals preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience supporting Apple devices in an enterprise environment.
• Experience administering an MDM platform for a fleet of 100+ devices.
• Apple certifications (e.g., Jamf Certified Tech/Admin, Apple Certified Support Professional) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise MDM platform and device policy deployment, patch management.
• Own lifecycle of Apple fleet from procurement to retirement/wipe.
• Senior escalation point for complex Apple issues; mentor support staff.
• Lead Apple-focused projects to improve fleet reliability and security.
• Support cross‑platform integrations (AD, Windows, O365, DNS/DHCP, LAN/WAN).
