Job summary

Groundswell is seeking an experienced Senior Appian Developer Consultant to provide integrated architecture support for delivery teams and act as a trusted advisor to clients. You will mentor teams, guide architecture design, DevSecOps practices, and ensure scalable, high-performance solutions using Appian and related technologies.

The role requires active Appian senior/lead certification, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel (0-15%).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Appian solutions.
• 5+ years of related IT experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area.
• Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification.
• Strong experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodology.
• Strong technical design and implementation and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions with Appian and tangential technologies.
• Supports design, development, and test activities.
• Guide clients on architecture design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives as needed to drive technical success.
• Ensure solutions are built for scale and performance.
• Create and document implementation best practices as well as knowledge base articles for internal enablement.
• Provide thought leadership on process improvement.
• Support internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools.
• Mentorship, training, and enablement of resources.
