Job summary

Maximus seeks a highly skilled Technical Lead Appian Developer to drive design, development, and implementation of complex case management and workflow automation solutions in a federal environment. The role is remote and requires a Public Trust security clearance, with US citizenship required.

You'll lead development initiatives, mentor small-to-medium teams, integrate AI features, and ensure compliance with federal governance and security standards, leveraging Appian 17.x+ and AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on Appian development using Appian 17.x or later.
• 3+ years in a technical lead or senior developer capacity.
• Experience delivering mission-critical apps in federal or highly regulated environments.
• AI & Automation: experience integrating AI into business processes; familiarity with Appian AI.
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases; experience with Oracle databases.
• Cloud: hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Strong Agile software development experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
