Job summary

PingWind, Inc. is seeking a Senior Appian Lead Developer to lead the design, development, integration, testing, and sustainment of Appian solutions supporting DAF missions from Quantico, VA.

The role emphasizes secure, maintainable, user-centered delivery in IL5/IL6 environments. The ideal candidate will drive requirements refinement, architecture decisions, coding standards, and UAT support while mentoring junior developers and coordinating with product owners, cyber, and DevSecOps teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience planning and delivering Appian interfaces and processes.
• Active Top Secret clearance required; certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Appian solution architecture and delivery.
• Guide requirements analysis, design reviews, and demonstrations.
• Develop Appian Process Models and UI components.
• Ensure secure, maintainable, user-centered delivery in IL5/IL6.
