Job summary

PingWind, Inc. is seeking a Senior Appian Lead Developer to lead planning, design, development, integration, and sustainment of Appian solutions for DAF missions in IL5/IL6 environments. This role emphasizes secure, maintainable, and user-centered delivery with hands-on Appian development.

You will mentor teammates, establish standards, and coordinate with product owners, cyber, and DevSecOps to deliver complete capabilities while ensuring high-quality UAT outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Appian process design, Smart Services, gateways, subprocesses, and reusable patterns.
• Advanced SAIL development and UI/UX skills for interfaces, forms, reports, dashboards, and reusable components.
• Advanced knowledge of Appian Records, Data Fabric, relational databases, CDTs, queries, and data modeling.
• Experience integrating Appian through JSON, Web APIs, Connected Systems, and enterprise data sources.
• Knowledge of IL5/IL6 development, CUI/PII protection, security roles, and DAF compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical delivery and mentor developers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for Appian solution architecture, design, development, integration, testing, release, and sustainment.
• Lead requirements analysis, backlog refinement, estimation, technical planning, design reviews, and solution demonstrations.
• Design and build Appian Process Modeler workflows and UI components.
• Coordinate with product owners, users, data, cyber, infrastructure, and DevSecOps teams to deliver complete capabilities.
• Mentor other developers and ensure defect-free UAT outcomes.
