Job summary

The Evolvers Group in the United States, Texas (Euless) is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack/Appian Developer to design, develop, and deploy BPM applications on the Appian platform with robust Salesforce integrations. You will work across low-code development, database design, and performance optimization to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Required experience includes 5+ years configuring Salesforce reports/dashboards and integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs,

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience configuring Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Appian low-code development concepts: interfaces, process models, data types.
• Appian best practices for performance, maintainability and design.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Appian BPM applications including process models, interfaces, and data structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into Appian solutions.
• Develop and maintain Appian-Salesforce integrations ensuring data consistency and performance.
• Ensure database normalization, indexing, performance tuning, and security best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues and document designs for Appian and Salesforce.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and mentor junior developers.
