Job summary

Synergy is seeking a Senior Appian Developer to lead design and implementation of Appian BPM solutions for complex client requirements. You will analyze existing systems with high technical debt, craft efficient designs, and deliver robust, high-performance applications.

You will mentor junior developers, perform peer reviews, and drive best practices across the team. The role includes collaborating with analysts, coordinating deployments, and maintaining code quality in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer/Information Science, Engineering, or Mathematics OR must obtain CSSLP certification within 6 months.
• Appian software development experience (minimum 3 years).
• Knowledge of Appian software design, web development and design languages; Agile experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Travel for 1 week quarterly expected.

Responsibilities

• Focus on business logic and process flows to implement in a BPM-based system.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to review user stories and architectures.
• Coordinate code implementations and deployment with team members.
• Peer review code for best practices and performance.
• Unit testing, debugging, and problem determination.
• Manage daily work in Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.
