Qualifications

5+ years hands-on Appian experience (v24.x+)
Advanced SQL and data modeling skills
REST/SOAP, JSON, XML for cross-system integration
DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent
Appian Certified Senior Developer (ACD-201) or Lead Developer preferred

Responsibilities

Interface design: Build intuitive Appian forms and dashboards aggregating data from multiple systems.
Data modeling: Design and maintain CDTs and Record Types for apps and integrations.
Workflow automation: Develop end-to-end process models for automation, approvals, notifications, and case management.
Integration architecture: Design Connected Systems and Integration Objects to connect Appian with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
API development: Build Appian integrations and Web APIs for secure data exchange.
Security & authentication: Implement secure handshakes using OAuth 2.0, SAML, or certificates.
