Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Appian Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade low-code applications. You will lead the development of SAIL interfaces, process models, business rules, records, and reports within an Agile team.

Bring 7+ years of Appian experience, an active Appian Senior Developer certification (Level 2/3), and strong integration skills with REST/SOAP APIs and databases to connect enterprise services and driving performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of dedicated Appian development within an Agile environment.
• Active Appian Senior Developer (Level 2/3) certification.

Responsibilities

• Application Design: Build scalable SAIL interfaces, complex process models, business rules, records, and reports.
• System Integration: Connect Appian with external enterprise services, databases, web services, and RPA tools.
• Performance & Quality: Perform code reviews, run Appian Health Checks, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and tune application performance.
• Leadership & Mentoring: Guide junior team members, enforce best practices, and collaborate with business stakeholders and architects.
