Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Appian development and related lifecycle practices (requirements gathering, design, development, testing).
• Experience translating business processes into low-code solutions and collaborating with technical/business users.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement using low-code tools.
• Design, develop, and deploy Appian solutions with focus on UX and process optimization.
• Create automated workflows to improve efficiency and data integrity.
• Collaborate with engineers/architects to translate designs into working solutions and review code.
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews to raise standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and communicate technical designs to diverse audiences.
